At StoneArt Jewellery, we believe that every piece of jewellery carries a story worth retelling. This initiative promotes sustainable luxury, reduces waste, and celebrates craftsmanship that deserves to shine again. By curating, authenticating, and reselling pre-loved items, we connect stories, style, and sustainability - one jewel at a time.

What we Accept?

  • Accepted items: rings, necklaces, bangles, earrings, etc.
  • Material standards: Gemstone jewellery and high-quality fashion pieces.
  • Condition: Gently used, good condition, or repairable.
  • Authenticity: hallmark or purchase proof preferred.

Procedure to Collect Pieces:

Online Form / Website Submission

Customers fill in details (photos, metal type, condition, etc.) via this form.

WhatsApp / Instagram DM intake

Quick photo + basic info submission for informal initial contact. 

You are supposed to send us the jewellery ONLY when you have received a confirmation email from us. Any consignment, sent in advance or prior informing us will not be considered for resale. 

Post-Confirmation:

  1. The seller has to bear the shipment cost. 
  2. Consignment must be sent on the address given below. MENTION ADDRESS HERE. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit. Please use insured or trackable shipping.
  3. Once sent, you can share with us the tracking number so that we can also keep a check on the consignment. 
  4. After receiving the article, you will be assigned an order number which you can use to communicate with us regarding your jewellery pieces. 
  5. In response to the order number, you should also share your bank account details with us. 

Verification & Pricing

Once a piece is received, we

  • Inspect authenticity (hallmark, gemstone, condition).
  • Weigh and photograph items.
  • You can be offered:
  1. Instant buyout (We purchase outright).
  2. Consignment sale (We sell on your behalf and keep a % share when sold). We will keep a jewellery piece for 6 months. After 6 months, if it is still unsold, you can request a return. Return shipping costs for unsold items will be borne by the seller.

Payment & Returns

For pre-loved items, returns and exchanges cannot be entertained. This is to avoid damage or misuse of the delicate pieces of jewellery.

  • For buyers: No returns or exchanges on pre-loved items
  • For Seller: Payments will be processed within 5–7 business days after the item is sold and the return/exchange window (if any) has closed.

Our standard commission rate ranges from 10–20% depending on item type and condition.
